The small works, repairs and maintenance section of the company was started in 1989. Many of the buildings constructed in the early days of Milton Keynes new city were requiring refurbishment, repairs and maintenance and the company decided to develop this side of the business and it now accounts for over 50% of the turnover. The company deals with managing agents looking after commercial properties and also directly with commercial and industrial companies.
