Phase 1 of the £ 750,000 contract to extend and refurbish the Showroom and Workshops at Milton Keynes Hyundai Old Stratford is now complete.  Milton Keynes Hyundai is the leading Hyundai Leadership in the country and there has been a high degree of co-operation between their Management and our Site Foreman Ian Bunker to accommodate all the traffic movements associated with the new construction work.

This will continue with Phase 2 which involves the reconstruction of their existing Showroom with a new higher roof line and a complete refurbishment of all the sales offices, reception, etc.  It will also provide feature areas outside for displaying new vehicles.  Phase 2 commences as soon as the Hyundai staff have decanted into the new building and is due for completion in October this year.

We have won a Contract to construct a 106m2 gymnasium extension to Shenley Brook End School.

Starting next Monday the steel framed, single storey structure will incorporate high specification air conditioning and passive ventilation.

Construction is underway  at Willen Local Centre to provide a new doctor's surgery and pharmacy for Willen Medical Services.  A two storey building of traditional construction incorporating a patient's lift and including external works.

New build office facility for Vitalagraph Ltd, at their Maids Morton Head Office, handed over in time to allow pre-Christmas occupation.

We have recently successfully completed the refurbishment of Nugent House which included replacement stonework, roof repairs together with a full internal and external redecoration, all sympathetically carried out to a building originally constructed for the Rothschild's dynasty in South Buckinghamshire. 

Successful completion, ahead of time, of an extension to provide a new library at St. Paul's Roman Catholic School.
