UNION COURT MEWS, NEWPORT PAGNELL

The project involved converting a semi derelict commercial premises in a courtyard environment into a small residential development. Originally the premises had been coaching stables and with the addition of a new build extension, three one bed properties were created. Access to the courtyard is very restricted preventing access for delivery vehicles, skip lorries, ready mixed concrete supplies, etc.

The development adjoined Newport Pagnell Construction’s yard and the construction work was carried out with access from the yard.

The development was carried out on a design and build basis for Mark Periclis, who owns and runs a hairdressing business on the High Street, and the courtyard forms part of his property holdings. Kitchens and bathrooms were fitted out to a high standard and this was help to ensure that the properties had been fully let since project completion.
