Refurbishment :: ODELLS RESTAURANT

ODELLS RESTAURANT

This project was the final contract to complete restoration, alterations and refurbishment works to Odells yard. A previous major project was carried out in 2009 and the creation of a restaurant was required to complete the phased works. The existing building had been used as a lawn mower sales and repair centre for a number of years.
Although the existing building was only ten years old, it was listed because of its location within Odells yard. A sympathetic conservatory style extension was added and various elements of the project, such as, kitchen extract system, air conditioning and heating installations were all contractor designed elements. The project was carried out to a tight timescale and delivered on time and on budget.
Following completion Camerons Brassiere took occupation and are operating successfully. The project was negotiated and project managed on a partnership basis and Odells yard is now an important feature and focal point in Stony Stratford High Street.
